About Me

Bruce grew up in a real estate orientated family.  His father, a banker, and his mother, a school teacher, have been involved in personal real estate investments since Bruce was nine years of age.  Bruce, with a degree in Business Administration, spent several years in the Hotel Management and Hospitality Industry prior to entering the California Real Estate Industry in 1996.  His previous background has very much contributed to an understanding of client needs and a sincere desire to always provide the best possible service.

An associate real estate broker, with over eleven years of full time experience in the Bay Area, he has completed over 250 transactions.  A large majority of these closings are as a result of referrals, a testament to the level of satisfaction from those with whom he has dealt.  He well understands what it takes to create a win-win situation.

Bruce's hobbies include the gym, boating, and keeping
abreast of the latest technology.  His outstanding use of technology, as it relates the real estate industry, has been featured in the Contra Costa Times, C/Net Television and Radio, Tech Now TV, and the New York Times.
